LEGAZPI CITY — Bicol local governments and schools ordered the suspension of classes as Tropical Storm Man-yi threatens to hit the region this weekend. In a memorandum on Wednesday, November 13, Governor Vincenzo Renato Luigi Villafuerte said classes at all levels in public and private schools would be suspended on Friday, November 15, to allow families to prepare and conduct preemptive evacuations from high-risk areas.
