Canceled flights. INQUIRER FILES MANILA, Philippines — Local airline Cebu Pacific canceled several of its flights scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 16, as Typhoon Pepito (international name: Man-yi) gained strength and drew closer to landmass. At 5 p.m. on Friday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Pepito was last spotted some 465 kilometers (kms) east of Guiuan, Eastern Samar.
