MANILA, Philippines — Two weather systems will continue to bring overcast skies and rains in most parts of Luzon on Monday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said. According to state weather specialist Grace Castañeda, the northeast monsoon or amihan will continue to bring cold weather, as well as cloudy skies with rains in many parts of Northern and Central Luzon.
